Food Products: Due to safety and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any food products sold by "For the Critters" pet snack company. This policy ensures that all our customers receive fresh and uncontaminated food items. Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
